to promote portable Hydrogen fuel cells in Indonesia

Jakarta, Indonesia, 3 September 2024 – Spectronik, a Singapore company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and commercialization of portable Hydrogen fuel cells, announce that it has signed a Distributorship Agreement with PT Prima Layanan Niaga Suku Cadang (PLN Suku Cadang).

PLN Suku Cadang is a company owned by 2 PT PLN (Persero) Sub Holdings, namely PT PLN Nusantara Power (51%) and PT PLN Indonesia Power (49%), both of which have business interests in the operation and development of power plants in Indonesia.

PLN Suku Cadang provides supply chain solutions for spare parts, materials, and other supporting services for continuity and operational efficiency in the electricity, power generation, renewable energy sectors and other business fields.

The Distributorship Agreement aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Promote Hydrogen and fuel cell solutions for Mobile Robots (e.g. drones, UGVs, AGVs etc.) and Urban Mobility (e.g. 2-3 wheelers, industrial utility vehicles, forklifts, compact EVs etc.) applications in Indonesia;
• Leverage PLN Suku Cadang’s expertise in supply chain management to provide cost effective fuel cell solutions;
• Manage business development, marketing and after-sales services of Spectronik’s products.
